  • Are usernames case sensitive?                      Answer: Username but be input correctly, or you will be prompted for out-of-band authentication by call or txt, but the phone number will not be                                                                               accurate so you should go back to CFBank and enter your correct username

 

  • How do I enroll into Online Banking?        Answer: Online Banking enrollment must be completed on a web browser prior to signing in on the CFBank Mobile app.

 

  • How do I enroll Bill Pay?                               Answer: Bill Pay must be enrolled, and payees configured on a browser.
